Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal contract between the applicant and “BELLA iCO”.
1.2 By submitting an application through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms mentioned herein.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.


2. Application Process

2.1 Applicants must provide complete, accurate, and updated details in the application form.
2.2 Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information will result in rejection of the application.
2.3 An application fee of Rs. 499 must be paid to the Company’s official account as part of the processing procedure.
2.4 It is the applicant’s responsibility to cross-check that the Account Title matches the Company’s official name before sending the fee.
2.5 The Company is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts or accounts not titled in the Company’s name.


3. Application Fee Policy

3.1 The Rs. 499 application fee is charged for administrative, screening, and processing purposes.
3.2 The application fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the applicant is selected or rejected.
3.3 Proof of payment (receipt, transaction slip, or screenshot) must be kept by the applicant for record purposes.
3.4 The Company does not charge any additional hidden or processing fees beyond this application fee.


4. Selection & Rejection

4.1 Submission of the application form and payment of the application fee does not guarantee selection or employment.
4.2 The Company’s decision on selection or rejection is final and binding.
4.3 If the applicant is not selected:

  • The applicant cannot place any allegations or legal action against the Company.

  • The applicant cannot demand a refund of the application fee.

  • The applicant cannot publicly defame the Company through social media, forums, or any other medium.

  •   Selected candidates will be officially notified through an official Company email or letter.


5. Employment Rules

5.1 Applicants officially become employees only after signing an Employment Contract with the Company.
5.2 No applicant or rejected candidate is allowed to represent, work for, or claim affiliation with the Company without written authorization.
5.3 Misuse of the Company’s name, documents, logos, or identity will result in legal action.
5.4 All employees must comply with the Company’s confidentiality, conduct, and data protection policies.


6. Restrictions on Applicants

6.1 Applicants agree not to:

  • Misuse the Company’s name, materials, or resources.

  • Attempt to manipulate or influence the selection process.

  • Place undue pressure on Company staff regarding hiring decisions.

  • Any violation of these policies will result in immediate rejection and potential disqualification from future applications.


7. Confidentiality

7.1 All communications and information shared between the Company and the applicant are confidential.
7.2 Applicants may not disclose Company processes, communication, or internal documents to third parties.
7.3 Breach of confidentiality will result in legal action.


8. No Guarantee of Employment

8.1 Submitting an application does not create any contract of employment.
8.2 Employment with the Company is valid only after signing an official written agreement.
8.3 Until such agreement is signed, the applicant is not authorized to perform work or act on behalf of the Company.


9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through direct negotiation.
9.2 If unresolved, disputes will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Company’s registered location.
9.3 Applicants agree not to pursue unauthorized legal proceedings against the Company.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Company is not liable for rejection of applications, non-selection, financial losses, or indirect damages arising from the application process.
10.2 It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to ensure accurate details and proper payment submission to the official Company account.


11. Termination

11.1 The Company reserves the right to reject any application without prior notice.
11.2 Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in permanent disqualification from future opportunities.


12. Acceptance of Terms

12.1 By submitting the application form and ticking the acceptance checkbox, the applicant confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • Agree that the application fee is non-refundable.

  • Accept that the Company’s decision is final.

  • Understand that they cannot claim a refund, place allegations, or act on behalf of the Company without written authorization.
